Some email providers (Gmail, Outlook) require OAuth2 authentication for third-party apps. This feature is coming soon!
For now, you may need to enable "Less secure app access" or use app-specific passwords.
Setup Guides
Step-by-step instructions for popular email clients
Microsoft Outlook Setup
- Open Outlook and go to File â Add Account
- Select "Manual setup or additional server types"
- Choose "POP or IMAP"
- Enter the IMAP/SMTP settings shown above
- Enter your email address and password
- Click "Test Account Settings" to verify
Mozilla Thunderbird Setup
- Open Thunderbird and click "Set up an account"
- Enter your name, email address, and password
- Click "Manual config" to enter custom settings
- Fill in the IMAP/SMTP settings shown above
- Choose authentication method (usually "Normal password")
- Click "Done" to complete setup
Apple Mail Setup
- Open Mail app and go to Mail â Add Account
- Select "Other Mail Account" and click Continue
- Enter your name, email address, and password
- If auto-setup fails, enter manual settings
- Fill in the IMAP/SMTP settings shown above
- Verify and complete the setup
Android Email Setup
- Open Gmail app or Email app
- Go to Settings â Add Account
- Select "Other" or "Personal (IMAP/POP)"
- Enter your email address and password
- Choose "Manual setup" if prompted
- Enter the IMAP/SMTP settings shown above
- Complete the setup and start syncing
iOS Mail Setup
- Open Settings â Mail â Accounts
- Tap "Add Account" â "Other"
- Select "Add Mail Account"
- Enter your name, email, password, and description
- Choose IMAP (recommended) or POP
- Enter the incoming and outgoing server settings
- Tap "Save" to finish setup
